We made a commitment to ourselves that we would provide our customers unique pieces utilizing top quality materials that would sparkle and retain values for years to come. Because we manufacture our own pieces, we are also able to control prices and sell our designs without any large price markups. "
How long does an order take to ship?
"Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. If you need an order to be expedited please contact us at support@diajewelsnyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate."
What is your return policy?
"Items may be returned within 30 days from when they were received, free-of-charge and no questions asked. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition. To initiate a return please email support@diajewelsnyc.com with your order confirmation number (found in your original order email). You will receive a return label via email. Drop off your package at your nearest UPS location."
I have never purchased jewelry online, how can I be confident about my order?

Do you also sell engagement jewelry?
"Yes, we have been making engagement jewelry for over 20 years now. However, because of the custom and unique nature of engagement rings we don't keep a catalog of our designs online.
