Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dia Jewels NYC. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
• Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Contact our customer service to arrange an exchange for a different size or style.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@diajewelsnyc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
• Allow 14 days business days for the refund to process.
